Shipping Policy
Due to staffing shortages, we are currently experiencing delays at our warehouse. This may impact shipping times. Thank you for your patience.
Important note about possible shipping delays: The United States Postal Service continues to report periodic delays with all levels of shipping. Shipments to addresses outside the US are also experiencing delays and/or blockages. If you need your music urgently, especially for a rehearsal or performance, we suggest you contact us to determine the best delivery method to use.
Shipping charges are added to each order based on the total value of the order (before discounts). The cost of shipping depends on the address where the order is being shipped as well as the method of shipping selected during checkout. Shipping options and prices can be previewed during the checkout process by clicking the "Estimate Shipping" button.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for US and Canadian standard shipping and up to 4 weeks for international orders. Due to stock availability, orders containing multiple item may be shipped in separate shipments. You will not be charged for multiple shipments.
Orders with expedited shipping that are placed before 12pm EST on a business day will be shipped the same day. All others will be shipped on the next business day.
If any item(s) is/are not currently in stock, we will notify of this. We are often able to supply you with a temporary digital file while the item is being reprinted.
Returns Policy
If you wish to return a product, please call 774-502-9749 or email customerservice@hildegard.com for authorization and further instructions.
You may return any product to us within 30 days of the original order date. If your return is due to a product defect or if you received an item in error, shipping costs will be refunded. For all other returns, shipping costs will not refunded and a 15% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund. All returned items must arrive in sellable condition.
